Third Week Completed!

P90x – Third week completed..     Loving KenpoX – did the entire routine today without breaks – staying with Tony and keeping the HR where it needs to be.

Overall, definitely feeling results.   My posture feels better, my cardio is much better, sticking to the eating routine (for the most part – had pizza tonight)..     I still hate pull-ups, but I’m doing slightly more each time with the help of a chair.

It’s also very interesting to hear about the number of people that are interesting it trying it…   All I can say is..  Do it..  Commit to it.   and do it..

A bit of thanks to Mark, who by doing it recently – motivated me to stick with it.

I’ll post some new pics next week.
