Almost done with week 2: Strong Legs Day

Did my Legs / Back workout late today – finished by 10:10 p.m., not ideal.   But did it strong, worked the calves hard..   My ability to do pull-ups – still very weak.   Doing most of them with the chair.     I almost wish I had the bands because I feel it’s hard to push very hard on the pull-ups.   But I’m squeezing away and feeling the burn.   Looking forward to Kenpo tomorrow.
