Day 6 – Kenpo!

Did Kenpo late in the day (busy work day).   Excellent work out – very Tae Bo’ish.    Had the HR monitor going and was in the zone for almost the entire workout.    Was a little easier than Plyo, but still sweat up a storm – good stuff.   Day 7 is either a rest or stretch day.   I’ll definitely do a stretch along with an AB-X and try and do 10-15 on the elliptical.

I’ve noticed minor changes – most notably, this acid reflux cough I’ve been battling with Nexium for a long time actually seems to be going away.   The Nexium is helping as well – but the diet and the exercise is helping as well.

Not very sore today outside of my elbow – so getting ready for Thursday (Chest) along with Friday (Plyo) that are tough days!

Onward and upward.
